LUIS ALBERTO LUSSICH JIMÉNEZ DE ARÉCHAGA

Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the Universidad de la República in 2009. Master of Law and Tax Regulations, Graduate in International Tax Law and Financial Investment Management at Universidad de Montevideo.

Founder of the firms Lussich Jiménez de Aréchaga & Asociados and Loinaz Lussich Free Zone Advisors, one of the most relevant firms in Zonamerica after a decade of operations.

He established tuna fishing companies and advised undertakings in the Patagonian toothfish market. At the same time, he is involved in and manages agricultural, livestock and forestry projects. Additionally, he manages projects in the sectors of mining, real estate, merchant and fishing ships and shipyards, call centers, software, medicine, and tourism.

In 2019, he co-founded Acrecenta Corredor de Bolsa S.A., regulated by the Central Bank of Uruguay and member of the Montevideo Stock Exchange, committed to educating on savings and planning for the future by structuring financial investment options, both in equity and fixed income, in Uruguay and abroad.

In 2020, he co-founded Let it Be Company Builders, focused on creating, generating and accompanying investment projects during all stages, encouraging investors and entrepreneurs to achieve business success.

Federico Adinolfi

Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the Universidad de la República. Postgraduate Specialization in Accounting in 2023.

Partner at Lussich Jiménez de Aréchaga & Asociados, head of the firm’s Accounting Department.

He has more than ten years of experience providing accounting, tax, labor and property advice to both domestic and foreign clients.

He manages companies, projects and undertakings linked to various sectors, including agriculture, fishing, mining, foreign trade, software, and tourism.

Dr. Enrique J. Möller Méndez

Doctor of Law and Social Sciences of the Universidad de la República. Master of Economic Administrative Law from the Universidad de Montevideo. Former Judge of the Lower Criminal Court in Montevideo. Former Prosecutor in the Criminal and Customs Courts of Montevideo.

Expert in criminal matters and co-editor of laws on matters such as intellectual property, drugs, money laundering and financing of terrorism, and economic crimes.
Legal advisor of the Uruguayan government in the South American Financial Action Group (GAFISUD) in 2004.

Trad. Esc. Adriana González Cabrera

Civil Law Notary and Public Translator since 2001 and 1999, respectively, graduated from the Universidad de la República.

From a young age, she has specialized in transactions and operations with foreign clients, in particular with European and US clients, given her command of French, English, Italian and Portuguese, as well as her knowledge of the commercial and administrative operations of the main European countries.
From 2007 to 2019, she was in charge of the general management of the Latin American subsidiary of France’s leading SaaS CRM software company, installed in Montevideo since 2003, in parallel with her freelance professional activity.
Since 2008, she has specialized in business law and operations, legal residence, taxes, relocation, property acquisition and installation of commercial structures, offering turnkey solutions for both families and companies.
Since 2016, she has specialized in aeronautical law, aircraft operations, air work, flight schools and documents for pilots and air crews.
In 2020, she joined Lussich Jiménez de Aréchaga & Asociados.
